Substitution Policy

 

We attempt to make the finished product as close as possible to the picture supplied, however at times the finished product may vary in colour & some blooms may be not in season or be unavailable. If so, a suitable similar flower shall be substituted to both your specifications and the pictured style.Similarly with containers, if suppliers are out of stock of a pictured container, vase or basket, we will use a product with a similar look.
